Consulting
Is this the first book you print? Do you need advice for a specific printing project? We have all the ideas and solutions you need.
We advise you first of all to optimize the technical realization of your project, from the choice of paper to the choice of colors. We advise you on the choice of printing as well as on the screen to be used. We will study together the best type of binding and the most appropriate finishing for your work, basing our choices on the latest technologies. Finally, we will choose the most secure and efficient type of packaging and mode of transport for your books.
We do not forget environmental issues, and we ensure the production of your publications with the certificates you will request from us (FSC, PEFC, REACH, ISO 9001, ISO 14 000, ISO 18 000, etc.).
Prepress
We are here to help you prepare your files to get the result you want. We will advise you on how to properly prepare your final files for quality offset printing. We work with various file formats (PDF, ideal format for offset printing), both on PC and MAC. You can provide us with your files directly on our FTP server, or any other medium of your choice (via other download services such as: WeTransfer, etc...)
Right after the usual checks, we send you the electronic proofs to be checked. We work with all kinds of screening: standard (AM) up to a density of 240 lpi, stochastic screening (FM, Staccato) with a minimum point of 20 microns, or any other combination of frames (Sublima). Certified digital proofs can also be provided to you upon request.
Printing
We print almost everything, anywhere in the world: offset and digital printing; printing on web or sheets; black and white printing, duotone, four-color printing (CMYK) or hexachrome printing and any custom printing style.
With us, anything is possible. We print with UV colors. We print on all kinds of materials (paper, cloth, plastic, etc.). We use machine varnishes to protect the colors, such as dispersive varnish, UV varnish (partial, perfumed, glitter), etc.
If you wish, we can attend the calibration of your project, or organize your own presence at the calibration, during a stay always rich in friendly and joyful exchanges.
Binding
We manufacture all types of books, from the smallest to the largest, from the thinnest to the thickest. We manufacture all types of publications: books, calendars, diaries, brochures, catalogues, magazines, etc.
We offer all types of bindings and finishing: perfect binding (classic softcover or PUR), sewn, hardcover, half-cloth, 2 metal spins, flexo, with or without flaps, Singer (sewn with thread), spiral, wire ́o, hidden spiral, round corners, luxury leather binding, foilstamping, marking, cut-outs, boxes, lamination (glossy, matt, structured, metallic, soft touch), cardboard with foam, dust jacket (special, small headband), PVC folder, different inserts of cards, CDs, DVDs, etc. With us, anything is possible.
Packaging and delivery
The finish is also very important to us. We never forget the importance of packaging for you and your distributor.
We use the most relevant and safest packaging: we offer you different types of plastic foil (thin, thick, recyclable), cardboard boxes (standard, double walled, white, printed), pallets (EUR standard wooden or plastic pallets, fireproof for export to the USA), labels personalised according to your wishes.
We also organise the most relevant transport: from small trucks to 24-tonne trucks, with or without tailgates. Multiple orders can be grouped together to optimize costs. Several locations can be delivered on the same day (to the address of your premises, to that of your distributor, etc.). We also take care of customs declarations for export outside the EU.
